The orange-haired character and older and younger colleagues arrange task cards to agree on working expectations

Where do different expectations get stuck?

Understand differences starting from concrete work expectations, so generational labels stop blocking collaboration.

  • Different views on responsibility and expectations make agreement hard.
  • Different communication habits build up misunderstandings.
  • Old ways of leading don't meet new expectations.

Understand differences and connect communication to collaboration.

Before you plan, you may want to know.

Does the course label employees by generation?

No. It starts from real expectations, styles and needs, using perspective-taking and dialogue to clarify differences rather than explaining behaviour by age alone.

Can managers and employees take part together?

Teams can join the L3 collaboration workshop together; managers can also take L5 and L6 to practise listening, feedback and difficult conversations in depth.

Can we bring in our own communication cases?

Yes. Share common collaboration friction, handover and management scenarios, and a course consultant will discuss suitable cases and exercises.

Let different paces move forward together.
